1. Scope
This policy applies to salon and seller applications, Partner accounts, the Perinkle Partner website and app, onboarding payments, salon bookings, customer product orders, settlements, support requests and related business operations. It covers information supplied by business owners, authorised representatives, staff and individual professionals who use Partner features.
2. Information we collect
The information collected depends on the Partner role and features used. It may include:
- Business name, ownership, authorised-representative details, telephone number, email address and business, salon, pickup or correspondence addresses.
- Identity, tax, bank and business-verification records submitted during application or later review, including documents required for the selected business type.
- Salon profile, services, prices, categories, opening hours, availability, staff, qualifications, images and customer-facing descriptions.
- Seller profile, product catalogue, brand, price, tax, stock, pickup, packaging, shipment, return and fulfilment information.
- Booking, order, cancellation, refund, commission, settlement, payout, adjustment, complaint and support records.
- Razorpay order, payment and status references. Perinkle does not ask Partners to disclose complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking passwords.
- Sign-in, device, browser, IP address, application version, security, diagnostic, error and activity information used to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use Partner information
Perinkle uses this information to create and secure accounts, preserve application progress, review and verify Partners, activate approved workspaces, publish approved listings, connect customers with salons or sellers, process payments and settlements, provide support, detect fraud and misuse, investigate disputes, improve reliability and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
4. Public and customer-facing information
Approved business names, salon or store details, service and product information, prices, availability, ratings, images and other listing information may be visible to customers. Partners should upload only information they are authorised to publish and should keep customer-facing details accurate.
5. Sharing with service providers
Relevant information may be shared with customers and with payment, authentication, cloud-hosting, communication, mapping, logistics, analytics, professional-advisory or other service providers where necessary to operate the platform. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Perinkle does not sell Partner personal information as a standalone product.
6. Retention and security
Partner records are retained while the account or application is active and afterwards where reasonably required for payment, settlement, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute and legal purposes. Perinkle uses access controls, encrypted transport, account authentication and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so Partners must protect passwords, OTPs and authorised devices and report suspected misuse promptly.
7. Accuracy and Partner choices
Partners can correct many operational details from their workspace and should update information when it changes. Requests for access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or account closure should be made from the registered email or another verified channel. Some transaction and compliance records may need to be retained even after an account closes.
8. Contact and grievances
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@perinkle.in. Formal unresolved grievances may be sent to grievance@perinkle.in. For general Partner help, contact support@perinkle.in and include the registered email and relevant application, booking, order, payment or settlement reference.
9. Automated listing safety checks
We use automated tools to help identify potentially harmful content in product and service listings. For this purpose, listing text and associated photos may be processed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) through Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, or OpenAI when that provider is configured. The AWS guardrail currently routes processing within the United States, including Northern Virginia, Ohio and Oregon. Listing text includes descriptions, usage information, and variant or service add-on details. Please avoid placing private personal information in listing descriptions or photos.
Automated flags assist our Admin team and may be inaccurate. Our team considers the content and context before deciding whether changes or other action are required. An automated result alone does not establish that a listing is authentic, lawful or suitable for publication. Partners may contact Perinkle through the support details in this policy to request review of a moderation decision.
For this feature, we do not send account passwords, identity-verification documents, bank details, booking records or payment records to the AI service. Moderation records contain the submitted listing text, photo references, automated signals and our review decisions. We retain these records for review and accountability according to our retention practices. Original photos remain subject to our existing content storage and deletion practices.
