1. Agreement and eligibility
By applying for or using a Perinkle Partner account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of entering an agreement and are authorised to act for the salon, store, brand, manufacturer or other business identified in the application. An individual professional applying in their own name makes the same confirmation for themselves.
2. Accurate application information
Application information and documents must be accurate, current, complete and lawfully provided. The email address and verified telephone number belong to the shared Partner identity used on the website and app. A Partner must promptly update contact, tax, bank, address, ownership, licence or operating information when it changes.
3. Review, approval and workspace access
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Perinkle may request clarification or additional evidence and may approve, reject, pause or withdraw an application where verification, quality, safety, legal or marketplace requirements are not met. Login permission does not itself mean that a salon or seller is approved to accept bookings, publish products or receive settlements. Operational access is unlocked only for the approved role after applicable onboarding and payment conditions are satisfied.
4. One-time registration fee
The fee covers business verification and onboarding/listing on Perinkle’s marketplace for physical salon services and/or beauty products, according to the approved partner roles. The registration-fee transaction itself does not purchase a salon appointment, a physical product or a delivery service. The Partner website and app provide the operational tools for managing the approved listing, bookings and/or product orders. The applicable registration fee is disclosed before submission and becomes payable only after approval. The quoted amount remains associated with that application unless a clearly disclosed correction is required before payment. Razorpay processes the checkout, and Perinkle unlocks the approved workspace only after server verification of the captured payment or an authorised waiver.
Once successfully paid, the one-time registration fee is non-refundable, except for duplicate captures, failed-payment debits that are not automatically reversed, and refunds required by applicable law. Leaving checkout without completing payment does not create a Perinkle charge.
5. Account security and authorised use
Partners must protect passwords, OTPs and authorised devices; restrict account access to trusted representatives; and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. The Partner is responsible for actions taken through its authorised account and may not transfer, sell or misrepresent an approved account.
6. Salon responsibilities
- Keep services, prices, duration, availability, staff, qualifications, images, location and opening hours accurate.
- Honour accepted bookings, provide services safely and professionally and communicate unavoidable changes promptly.
- Maintain registrations, licences, hygiene practices and professional requirements applicable to the services offered.
- Use customer information only for the relevant booking, service, support or other lawful purpose.
7. Seller responsibilities
- List only genuine, lawful and accurately described beauty or personal-care products that the seller is authorised to supply.
- Maintain accurate brand, category, price, tax, stock, batch, expiry, pickup, packaging and fulfilment information where applicable.
- Honour accepted orders and cooperate with packing, courier, delivery, cancellation, return and refund workflows.
- Retain source invoices, brand authorisation or other supply-chain evidence and provide it during a relevant review when reasonably requested.
8. Prices, commission, taxes and settlements
The applicable commission and any disclosed tax, refund, logistics or other adjustment are recorded with the relevant transaction. Partner business-model labels are used for application review and reporting and do not, by themselves, change commission unless Perinkle separately publishes and assigns a commission rule. Earnings become settlement-eligible only after the applicable completion, delivery, hold, cancellation, return and dispute conditions are satisfied.
9. Listings, content and intellectual property
Partners retain rights in content they lawfully provide and grant Perinkle permission to host, format, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the marketplace. Partners must not upload misleading, unsafe, unlawful, counterfeit, infringing or unauthorised content. Perinkle may request corrections or restrict affected listings while a review is pending.
10. Reviews, conduct and platform integrity
Partners must communicate respectfully and must not manipulate reviews, bookings, orders, payments, refunds, promotions, availability, settlements or platform security. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, off-platform misuse of customer data and attempts to bypass safeguards may lead to restriction or investigation.
11. Suspension and closure
Perinkle may restrict listings, pause affected settlements, suspend features or close an account for material breach, fraud, repeated fulfilment failure, safety concerns, unlawful activity or legal requirements. Where appropriate, Perinkle may ask for corrective action before restoring access. Closure does not remove payment, tax, refund, dispute or other obligations that arose earlier.
12. Changes, support and governing requirements
These terms may be updated as Partner services, operational requirements or applicable laws change. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Questions may be sent to support@perinkle.in with the registered email and relevant Partner reference.
